Accessibility Assessments | Introduction

The Accessibility Assessments on this site were performed by Robert K. Pike, President, Environmental Access, Inc. The assessments were performed as part of Oregon's implementation of the Help America Vote Act. The assessments were performed at all 36 County Elections Offices in accordance with the ADA Accessibility Guidelines and Chapter 11 of the Oregon Structural Specialty Code, the accessibility requirements adopted by the State of Oregon. These assessments are a major step in ensuring that each voter in Oregon is able to vote privately and independently with equal access.
