The Linn County Elections Office submitted an ADA Compliance Review prepared by Consulting and Personal Services Inc. I have reviewed a copy of the compliance report and any of the ADA improvements identified in the report are eligible for HAVA funding.

Counties are reminded that the installation of drive-up drop boxes is also the type of project eligible for HAVA funding.
