In my tenure as JP I have created a violations bureau to expedite
court appearances, created user-friendly court forms, created a
Spanish language court date and translated forms into Spanish,
taught classes and given presentations at many organizations,
and changed office hours to make appearing in court more
convenient.
I have established a trial by affidavit for those who could not
come to trial due to other commitments.
At my expense, I have provided photographs and flowers for free weddings, a giving library of parenting books, assistive device for those hard of hearing, and toys for children attending court.
I am proud of CLJC's customer satisfaction surveys that convey a 95% public satisfaction rating for quality customer service.
I hope to continue to serve the members of my community.
