We need more cooperation and less partisanship in Salem. As a fourth-generation Oregonian, Jason has a positive vision for Oregon – a vision founded on Oregon's independent spirit and the opportunity for every one of us to achieve the American Dream.

Oregon lawmakers made a mistake a decade ago when they decided to cut taxes on large corporations. They said this would attract businesses to provide good jobs and increase our standard of living. It hasn't worked. Today, big corporations pay less tax in Oregon than anywhere in the U.S., while average Oregonians struggle to make ends meet.

Our current representative and others in Salem who receive large campaign contributions from out-of-state mega-corporations are still cutting corporate taxes. They won't admit to their failed policies and won't fix them.

We need to reclaim our government by electing independent-minded leaders like Jason Brown. Jason will stand up for Oregon taxpayers instead of big corporations from out of state.
