Prior Governmental Experience: Morrow County District Attorney and Deputy District Attorney; Umatilla City Attorney; Board member and chair of the Oregon Trail Library District.

Personal: Married to William J. Kuhn for twenty-eight years; two adult children born and raised in Morrow County.

28 years in the practice of law has enabled me to develop a very broad range of experience in both public and private sector law. I have extensive trial experience encompassing many areas of civil law and criminal law and have represented cities and special districts for many years. In addition, I have practiced in federal court and before the Oregon Court of Appeals.

I will bring a tough, fair, common sense approach to the cases I decide. I support victim's rights. My policy is to see that the law is fairly applied to all persons who appear before me, no matter what their status. My diverse background and experience allow me to bring a balanced perspective to the role of judge.
