As a member of the Tax Reform Task Force, he has sponsored legislation to create a rainy day fund and stabilize education funding – without raising taxes. His position is that a more broad based tax code will lessen the tax burden on Oregon’s working families, while stabilizing funding for schools.LIVABILITY
