I’ll work so the Medicare program has the ability to negotiate prescriptions
drugs prices – a common sense business practice that the new Medicare
law prohibits.

I’ll fight those who would stop my Country of Origin Food Labeling law
from going into effect, a law that benefits consumers as well as our local
agricultural economy.
I’ll continue to protect financial and medical privacy, and prevent identity
theft.
I’ll hold corporations and CEOs accountable when they mislead the public
and investors, and when they raid employee pension plans.
