Dear Neighbor:
As a resident of Salem for 25 years, I believe we all share basic values. We should be treated fairly. We have the right to feel secure in our homes and our neighborhoods. We desire stability so that we may care for our families and plan for the future.

I believe these values must guide every decision that a legislator makes on your behalf. I am offering you my years of experience, my demonstrated leadership and my extensive knowledge of state government to make this a better, stronger Oregon.

FAIRNESS

Our system must be fair for working people and small businesses, not just for big money and privilege. This means fairness in taxes, courts, opportunity and respect.

SECURITY

We deserve affordable health care, adequately funded police and fire services, safe workplaces, and honesty in our investment institutions and corporations.

STABILITY

We deserve the opportunity to make a living. Support for Salem businesses and schools allows us and our children to succeed, provide and contribute. Failure to adequately fund education threatens the future of all Oregonians.

Help me make Oregon a better place to live.
