TINA KOTEK
Making a real difference for children
and families
Tinas priorities are our priorities like accessible healthcare, affordable childcare, safer communities and greater educational opportunities.
Most important, Tina gets the job done by bringing people together she understands that for ALL FAMILIES to succeed, we must first address the basics:
- Tina made childcare more affordable by helping
to pass a stronger Working Family Childcare Tax Credit
- Tina helped write and pass a bill to make sure schools can feed
hungry children during the summer
- Tina persuaded legislators to prioritize the Childrens Health Insurance
Program and funding for school-based health centers, so more
children have healthcare today
- Tina worked side-by-side with State Rep. Deborah Kafoury to give low-income
parents better access to continuing education,
while still providing for their families.
- Tina helped build a new coalition of parents, seniors, businesses, healthcare providers and community groups, advocating for stable funding for critical services
Tina understands that a strong economy with good jobs
has to start with an educated workforce. If you want
a representative who can make a difference for our schools, send Tina to Salem.
-Nancy Hamilton, Mother and School Advocate
The Legislature needs more people focused on the
key issues
Tina has prioritized, more people with a track record of getting things done,
and more women. Luckily, with Tina we get it all!
