BIO:
Born 1961 in Pendleton
Married to Jacque Mack Hill, daughter Mackenzie

I offer my services as Circuit Judge. I was appointed
Circuit Judge, pro-tem by the Chief Justice of the Oregon Supreme Court after
approval by the Supreme Court, upon the recommendation for the position by
the Presiding Judge and a select local committee.
I am endorsed by Judge Rudy Murgo as his replacement.
Previously, I served three two year terms as the
elected City Judge for Hermiston. As an attorney in practice for nearly 17
years, I have dealt with an expansive body of the Civil and Criminal Law.
As a former Prosecutor, I have handled cases from Murder to Traffic.
I believe that the duties of Judge take precedence over all other activities;
that everyone with a legal interest has a right to be heard; that those appearing
before the court should be treated with patience, and in a dignified and courteous
manner; and that the duties of Judge should be carried out in a faithful,
impartial and diligent manner.
I ask for your VOTE in this election.
