Experience: Judge Murgo has presided over a wide range of criminal and civil cases in state courts in Oregon, including murder and complex civil litigation. He has been an Oregon State Bar CLE speaker on topics including Evidence, Domestic Relations-Juvenile Mediation, and State Tribal Relationships. He was selected as a facilitator and trained new judges at the National Judicial College.
