Bill Garrard is seeking his third term as your State Representative. Senior Citizen and Persons with Disabilities, Oregon Cattleman, Taxpayer Watchdog Association of Oregon, Home Building Industry and Associated General Contractors have honored Bill Garrard for his legislative work. He supports business and Economic development. He is a no new taxes advocate and as Chair of the Environment and Land Use Committee he has been a leader in the state for protecting personal property rights. He believes in adequate funding for education and in protecting children and senior citizen programs.
