Dear Friend. I'm as unhappy as you to see Lane County's mounting pile of debt and high unemployment. Lane County needs a voice from Springfield that is committed to saying we're stopping the status quo merry-go-round and we're getting off. I'm the only candidate that's willing to do that and speak on your behalf. The kind of fiscal responsibility and good government practices that I have successfully championed in Springfield are sorely needed in Lane County.

We need my Springfield Common Sense Solutions to solve Lane County's problems. Solutions that address public safety needs, facilitate employment opportunities and provide for better Veteran's and Senior services.

I believe that public safety is governments #1 job. We need to quit messing around and prioritize funding for it.

I'm also working on removing barriers to development and job growth.

Government spending is out of control. We don't need more government, we need accountable government. Records show that I'm reluctant to spend public money and will continue to pursue sound fiscal policies.

Springfield needs an experienced, trustworthy leader. Elect Dave Ralston Commissioner.
