Thank you for the honor of serving you in the House of Representatives. The 2009-10 biennium has been a challenge. During the worst economic down turn since the great depression, my priority was to do all I could to put Oregon's economy back on track and get Oregonians back to work.
I supported legislation that will put thousands of Oregonians back to work, specifically in the areas of transportation, health care and affordable housing. These actions will also reinvest in our aging transportation infrastructure, provide health care to thousands of needy Oregonians and help get people off the streets and living in a safe and healthy environment.
Oregonians have every reason to be proud to live in such a great state. I know I am.
