Prior Governmental Experience: Elected City Council- Stayton, OR.

Steve's experiences in the classroom have brought him to several beliefs; prevalent among them the importance of a quality education. He has found bringing together diverse viewpoints can assist in solving problems. He has demonstrated that it's as important to stand up to government when it's wrong as it is to work with government when it's right.
