RE-ELECT JOE PISHIONERI FOR CITY COUNCIL
This is an exciting time to live and work in Springfield. In the time I've served as City Councilor, we have initiated and witnessed successes in economic growth, transportation, redevelopment, public safety and the cultural enrichments of a growing library and the Wildish Theater.
As Springfielders, it's fair to say that we have more confidence and see our potential more clearly than ever. We no longer see ourselves as "the other city" or the last half of "Eugene- Springfield". We are leading and achieving the vision of more jobs, better housing and great schools. I'm proud to be part of this movement, serving as your City Councilor.
I certainly see a future that's brighter than I've ever seen it in my 30 years of living here. My next term will be focused on keeping things moving in the right direction:
- Stabilizing funding for public safety
- Making repairs to the 36 miles of streets that require work
- Establishing a conference center
- Developing Glenwood and downtown
- Continuing to secure more jobs for our citizens
Please vote "Joe Pishioneri for Springfield City Council" and count on me to work hard for a better Springfield.
My endorsements include: Sid Leiken; Elizabeth Terry Beyer; Rep. Phil Barnhart; Russel Burger; Lane County Commissioners Bill Dwyer and Faye Stewart; Home Builders Association of Lane County; Springfield Professional Firefighters; David W. Lewis, President Springfield Police Association
