Judge Waller has 28 years experience in our justice system as a judge and lawyer. Her years of courtroom experience and professional and community involvement have helped her manage the Multnomah County Family Court as the Chief Family Court Judge. Judge Waller is committed to assuring the community's access to fair and impartial justice.

JUDGE WALLER IS INVOLVED IN THE COMMUNITY

Judge Waller's family has lived in Oregon for four generations. Judge Waller and her husband Paul's three children attended Portland Public Schools. She helped design a Juvenile Court program to provide early access to treatment for parents with substance abuse problems. She is Chair of Wraparound Oregon in Multnomah County, a pioneering program designed to deliver services to needy mentally ill children and their families. Judge Waller is a frequent speaker at conferences and community forums. Judge Waller has received awards for her professional and charitable work from the Chief Justice, Multnomah County, the Albertina Kerr Center, the Mental Health Division, and others.
