PRIOR GOVERNMENTAL EXPERIENCE: Malheur County Commissioner; state and regional government associations: community development, finance and administration committees; various budget boards; housing authority chairman.

PERSONAL: Happily married 29 years; five children; active in Boy Scouts of America, Rotary, church.
