THOMAS HECK PROVEN LEADERSHIP

|I believe in God and the USA and am proud of it. I have supported youth and volunteered to help others while residing in Josephine County. As a sergeant in Vietnam and a small employer in the besieged upon timber industry my leadership and business abilities have been tested and proven under the most adverse conditions.

THOMAS HECK A TRUE STATESMAN

Education, Crime, Taxes, Jobs and Government abuse are old issues the majority of us with sane mind agree on. A politician will jump on the band wagon on these archaic issues for a safe bet. As a statesman I care to address the issues that will affect the lives of us and our children in the 21st century.

THOMAS HECK ON THE REAL AND NEW ISSUES

GUN CONTROL I will never support total gun control. A armed citizen is a protected citizen. There is no case where a weapon of any kind has caused bodily harm to any person by itself. Guns don't kill people do!

ENVIRONMENT I support strong conservation measures. Protecting our natural resources and keeping Oregon beautiful is a must for all of us. I will never place the value of a animal, plant or object above the life of a human being.

LIFE VERSES DEATH I will never support the culture of death in any circumstance. I am pro-life and honest and courageous enough to admit it.

INCARCERATION Prisons and jails are for punishment not comfort. I will work even if standing alone to reverse the ridiculous rulings that have made a mockery of our current penal system.
