OCCUPATION: In Home Provider Care Service (PCS) for Disabled/ Delayed Children in Idaho and Oregon. Foster/ Shelter/Respite Care for Idaho & Oregon (SOSCF). Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Idaho & Oregon.

OCCUPATIONAL BACKGROUND: 25 years in the Health Care Profession. Co-organizer and Charter Member of the Idaho Service Employees Union, (ISEU #687) of SEIU, AFL­CIO (Statewide) and Steward for State Chapter #1 (ISSH-Nampa) and Charter Member, ISEU, SEIU, AFL­CIO. Charter Member Alliance of Service Employees (ASE) ID. and Oregon. Girl Guard and Sun Beam Leader for the Salvation Army (Milwaukee, WI, Nampa and Melba ID) and Cub and Boy Scout Instructor (Nampa & Melba ID).

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: CNA Certification for Idaho and Oregon through Treasure Valley Community College (TVCC) Ontario, Oregon. Continuing Education Credits for Special Needs and Behaviors and Family Need Courses from Eastern Oregon State College/University, La Grande; TVCC, Ontario, Boise State University (BSU) Boise, ID.

PRIOR GOVERNMENTAL EXPERIENCE: Former Democratic Party Precinct Person, Ontario. Socialist Party of Oregon Candidate for House 60 in 1996. Involved in Husband (ROHN) Campaign in 1972 Wisconsin Democratic Primary for State Treasurer wherein Rohn spent less than $300 and received over 45,000 votes. Also active in Presidential Campaigns for Eugene McCarthy '68, '72, as well as Dr. Benjamin Spock, Gary Hart, Jesse Jackson, Ed Kennedy, and Hollis/Chester and Ralph Nader campaigns.

Member of AARP and Foster/Adoptive Parent's Association. Darlene (Grandma) Webb in addition to the SPO Platform supports efforts to gain GRANDPARENT RIGHTS for adoption ESPECIALLY AFTER TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS. Webb co-founded ROHN WEBB'S NETWORK FOR GRANDPARENT RIGHTS. Currently active in husband ROHN "GRANDPA" WEBB's campaign for U.S. House of Representatives (OR) DISTRICT 2.
