Elli Work: A Caring Community Leader Who Shares Our Values

Elli Work believes that the only way leaders can understand our needs and solve problems is to get out from behind a desk and into the community. She is a dedicated local leader, a small business owner, and a tireless volunteer who has worked to show that the best solutions to our problems come from local communities, not government.

Fighting Crime

Elli Work has taken a strong stand to help fight and prevent crime. She supports tough consequences for first-time offenders, including making young criminals apologize and pay their victims back directly. She will also crack down on scam artists who prey on senior citizens.

Improving Education

Elli Work knows there's more to solving Oregon's education problems than just more money. She believes we must hold students to higher standards, make sure money is spent in the classroom and give teachers more help in dealing with discipline problems.

Growing Smart

Elli Work is committed to protecting the quality of life we have in Central Oregon through smart, well-planned growth.

Sharing Our Values

More than anything, Elli Work has dedicated herself to standing up for Central Oregon families. She supports restoring basic fairness to Oregon's tax system. And Elli Work is a moderate, pro-choice candidate who will work to represent our views in the Legislature -- not just extremist groups or special interests.
