General Information: Withdrawal of Candidacy or Nomination (ORS 249.170 and 249.180)

All Candidates

To withdraw from candidacy or nomination, a candidate must file a Withdrawal of Candidacy or Nomination (SEL 150). On this form, the candidate provides a reason for the withdrawal and must sign the form attesting that the information is accurate.

Deadline for Candidates to Withdraw Candidacy or Nomination
The deadline is no later than 5pm on:
2010 Primary Election: March 12
2010 General Election: August 27
